The Society for Church Administrator Development (SCAD) is an interdenominational, professional, Christian organization that promotes the highest level of training and professional development to individuals serving Christ through administration in local churches.
SCAD’s objective is to elevate the standards of church administrative support staff and to promote their working relationships with management through training and development.
Our goal is to inspire and equip church support staff to attain excellence, and to set a standard of excellence recognized by the business community.
I am excited to share this ministry and vision pre-ordained by a higher-being created to improve the lives of those called by God to support the church. Serving people has been a primary part of my life, working in health care administration--but most notably I’ve enjoyed the privilege of helping the body of Christ!
In addition to having a background in Healthcare Administration, I have also worked in corporate compliance for over seven years, playing a major role in implementing their program at a major university. A huge part of that was sanction screening for each new hire and another part of that process was ensuring that every employer within the institution received annual training mandated by the government.
