The Society for Church Administrator Development (SCAD) is an interdenominational, professional, Christian organization that promotes the highest level of training and professional development to individuals serving Christ through administration in local churches.

SCAD's objective is to elevate the standards of church office staff and to promote their working relationships with management through training and development.

Our goal is to inspire and equip church office staff to attain excellence, and to set a standard of excellence recognized by the business community.

SCAD provides training and support to church office staff so that they are equipped to operate in their calling. We realize church support staff deal with lots of distractions, personalities,  stress etc. and sometimes the resources aren’t readily available to them to help them do their jobs.  Our mission is to provide you with the resources and services that you need to make your jobs easier.
